Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Information you provide: name, phone number, email address, mailing address, state of residence, date of birth or age range, and information about your insurance needs, submitted through our forms, advertisements (including Meta/Facebook and Instagram lead forms), or by phone.
• Call recordings: calls with our representatives may be recorded and monitored for quality assurance, training, and compliance. Where required by law, you will be notified and/or asked for consent at the start of the call.
• Automatically collected: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and interactions with our site and ads, collected via cookies and similar technologies, including advertising pixels such as the Meta Pixel.

2. How we use information

• To contact you about insurance products you have expressed interest in and to connect you with licensed insurance producers in your state;
• To schedule appointments and complete warm transfers you have requested;
• To operate, measure, and improve our advertising campaigns (including audience measurement and optimization on Meta platforms);
• For quality assurance, staff training, record-keeping, and compliance with applicable law;
• To honor opt-out, do-not-call, and deletion requests.

3. Consent to contact

By submitting your contact information through our forms or advertisements, you consent to be contacted by Zards BPO and its partner licensed insurance producers by phone (including calls placed using automated dialing technology), SMS, and email at the contact details you provide, regarding insurance products. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may revoke consent at any time by telling our representative, replying STOP to any SMS, or emailing admin@zardsbpo.com. Do-not-call requests are honored immediately and permanently.

4. How we share information

• Licensed insurance producers and carriers: to complete the quote or policy you requested. Producers and carriers process your data under their own privacy policies once transferred.
• Service providers: hosting (Hostinger), email and productivity (Google Workspace), cloud telephony/dialer providers, and advertising platforms (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — strictly to perform services for us.
• Legal: where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

5. Cookies & advertising pixels

Our site and ads may use cookies and the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance and build ad audiences. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and manage Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences. Opting out of interest-based advertising does not stop all ads — only their personalization.

6. Data retention

We retain lead and customer records, and related call recordings, only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, regulatory, and audit obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized. You may request earlier deletion (Section 8).

7. Data security

We protect personal information with access controls, encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS), role-restricted systems, and staff confidentiality obligations. Details are in our Data Security Policy. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights & choices

• Access / correction / deletion: email admin@zardsbpo.com and we will respond within 30 days.
• Do not call / do not contact: tell any representative, or email us; effective immediately.
• US state privacy rights: residents of states with consumer privacy laws (e.g., California) may exercise applicable rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out via the same contact. We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

9. Children

Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International processing

We are located in Pakistan and process data there and in the systems of our service providers, which may be in the United States or elsewhere. By using our services you acknowledge this processing.

11. Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date above will change and material updates will be posted on this page.
